The terroir of Aquitaine

The authentic terroir of the Aquitaine region is strongly represented in our restaurant..." Aquitaine".

Copier and succulent, Périgord cuisine needs all the attention it deserves. Indeed, it should be noted that the region is the 1st producer of Goose Foie Gras, 2nd for pruneau (Agen, of course), but also the châtaigne and the marron. The region is also the 3rd for Foie Gras de canard, and 6th on the famous Truffe which made Périgord.

The region also gives pride of place to many vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, poultry... as well as to wine, including Bergerac, whose quality is no longer to be proven, without forgetting the Buzet grown in our Lot et Garonne department.

Our restaurant is open to all

L'Aquitaine restaurant is a traditional restaurant where the chef adapts his cuisine to seasonal produce from the Aquitaine region. You can enjoy your meal on the garden terrace.

The Brit Hotel restaurant can seat up to 55 guests. Groups, seminars and family gatherings are warmly welcomed.

 

 

Menu prices range from €15.50 (dish of the day) to €26.00 (3-course menu).
